well as I'm writing this entry, you would probably be celebrating the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009. as i stare at this screen,you probably would be grazing at the sky exploding with fireworks.
perhaps i didn't introduce myself. hi I'm adnan,the average guy you meet every other day. the guy who will give you a smile whether you need one or not. the guy whom you can trust to get the job done and the results you wanted achieved. i guess I'm not that special,because there are people out there who are greater and better than me in every other way.
but here's the problem. I'm a dreamer. and whenever i dream i just want to stay there,because the real world cant be controlled or shut away when i open my eyelids. because you're not in it. because till now i have waited,hungered,cried,bled just to meet you.
i guess you could say that I'm insecure. maybe i am. but the fact is i really really want to be with you. really want someone to share those moments with. waiting for you to come along and give meaning to my existence. and so you have.
but i cant say a word of this to you. why? because you don't feel the same way. and i ask myself,why cant i show you my feelings? why cant i sketch it out or describe it to you,to tell you how much you mean to me? that your presence ensures my survival,and your absence causes my extinction. that the thought of you away from me just makes me want to find you. that no matter how much time we spend together,it all seems to end with your goodbye.
so as we begin a new year, i jus wanted you to know that i love you. and i hope you can wait for me to get my life in order,to pluck up the courage to confess,so we can truly begin from there. and i hope you will consider giving this average guy a little time from your life to read this post,because he would be very thankful for it
