Hey guys,I finally found my USB cable for my phone lol. It was in my drawer all along as I searched for it. Anyway, I wanna put up some outdated photos:)
Today went to AMK to meet Qiurui, then unexpectedly decided to go watch a movie. I wanted to go watch a funny movie, but she wanted to wanted Phobia 2
It was pretty...funny!!! Hahaha yeah seriously, I mean out of the 5 stories, three of them can pass for comedy...ok ok maybe I shud'nt say that. After all,the remaining 2 were quite scary. I wont spoil it by telling you the stories:)
Went yesterday to the Marina Barrage with Jade and Nandy, like finally! Lol:) I really love that place,so calm and peaceful and....HOT!!!!! We reached around 1pm,walked around for abit, then settled to eat our picnic/lunch. Then we went to the roof garden, which was quite cooling provided you move around. Then down to the mini-museum,which had air-con(thank god) and a cool demo of how the barrage worked.
I really enjoyed myself, and I look forward to going out with you girls again as soon as possible:)
Well thats all for now. Now that I have my cable back,I`ll be taking photos with my not-so-high end camera and posting. So do look out:)

The wolf told the chicken that he would not eat her. That he was instead walking around the henhouse to check on the chickens safety from the REAL BAD wolfs.

So the chicken believed him. And she went to sleep. She died sometime later on.

Cause of death? Bite marks on her neck. They matched that of a wolf's

So how long can I do this? She just doesnt get it does she?

Im honestly too tired. Just gonna let her do whatever she wants.

Can't she tell? Honestly?

Hey guys, right now studying for my papers...and thinking of a certain person.

I wont mind if she wont ever have feelings for me. After all, feelings cant be forced, they have to be made.
Im already very happy with our current status. Its just that sometimes, you gotta bury your feelings for that person so that things remain fine. On the surface at least.

Its just that I care about her. Deeply.
When she goes out late, I worry. When she falls sick, I worry. When she doesnt eat, guess what I do? Worry.

So yeah. I know that she already has someone else on her mind (thats always the case anw haha), so I'm not gonna press the issue. I just wish she could see what I can see in her: a butterfly struggling to come out of its cocoon of problems, heartbreaks and bad decisions.

Anyway,I dont have time to get emo now. Gotta study Costing so can get at least a decent grade. So I'm leaving this song behind. It's a fairly popular song:)

Some people would lament that Singaporeans are not kind. That whenever they can, they would clog up the entrances of trains and buses, sit on reserve seats and generally make a nuisance of themselves, turning a long journey into an unbearable one.

Yes I have sat on reserve seats, and ok maybe sometimes I am a slight nuisance? Haha. But in every story there is a hero. So let me tell you what happened.

I was taking the train with Qiurui to school in the morning. Qiurui has got a very very bad cough and refuses to see a doctor! Therefore her voice has became very sexy(for some reason she's actually happy about it?).

Anyway we were on the train, and it was an average crowd. As we talked,Qiurui coughed repeatly. As we could'nt drink water, I asked her to slow down on what she was saying. All this time, a gentleman was staring at us. Qiurui turned around and stared right back at him. We were wondering what his problem was.

Then, he gave a small smile and took out a tissue packet, gesturing to Qiurui to take it. A random stranger doing a random act of kindness to a random person he randomly met.

We were touched. I do not know the guy's name, neither do I think he'll read this anyway, but I think I should acknowledge and thank him for proving that Singaporeans are kind-hearted by nature.

It is with this experience in mind that I can say this: Singaporeans are nice people. It just needs water, sunlight and loads of love, encouragement and cash rebates haha:)

Well today I have a story to tell you:)

The Spartan Test.

There comes a moment where we're all faced with a choice to flee or stay. This story began at 2:50am on a Wednesday morning. I needed to use the toilet urgently, so I went. When I enetered the kitchen, it was empty(why else should it be not empty at 3 in the morning!). After answering nature's call, I felt thirsty.

As I moved towards the sink, I froze. I knew that I was'nt alone anymore. Something had entered that kitchen. Something dark, swift and deadly, which would attack me without a moment's hesitation.

I leaned infront slightly to peer into the sink and saw my worse nightmare...A COCKROACH!!!!!!

I leapt backwards. Due to my speed and agile reflexes, it did not see my movements. I beat a hasty retreat out of there. But as I returned to bed, I realized that my thirsty was growing by the minute. Finally I remembered that my mother has an emergency stash of water supplies in the room, so I drank from there.

But as I lay there, I realized that it was'nt right. My enemy was roaming freely in my own house and I was cowering in bed. At 3:50am, I got out of bed. I was going to war!!

That would be madness, some might say.

MADNESS???

THAT IS ADNAN!!!!

As I re-entered the kitchen, I was ready this time.I glanced into the sink, searching for my foe. It had moved to a different spot, right into my blind spot. I went low and moved to the cabinet underneath the sink. There my weapons were waiting: 1 standard issue insecticide canister, good for mutiple shots.

I stood up and crept behind my foe. I held my breath to steady my aim. One shot, one kill. And I took the shot.

The canister was empty. And there were no spares.

I retreated in shame. I found out later my dad killed the roach.
